Marketing Database Coordinator:

Job location:

This position will work from our Ottawa office where you will be required to work 2-3 days from the office.

If you are based in Toronto or Montreal you will have an option to work fully remote.

About the team:

The Marketing Database Coordinator conducts work to support best-in-class marketing technology, data governance, and actionable analytics which enable scalable Marketing practices and revenue growth.

The incumbent in this role supports the broader marketing teams by working with the various data platforms to source contacts and process contact lists to enable marketing programs to be delivered on time.

What you will do:

Conduct a variety of administrative functions related to supporting marketing programs including sourcing new contact details from various data sources and managing contact refresh projects such as uploading campaign lead lists and reconciling discrepancies
Maintain database integrity by adhering to and enforcing standards and controls. The incumbent identifies and escalates data issues within the marketing database
Perform general data stewardship tasks, including cleansing, updating, and reporting on data in SFDC and Eloqua
The incumbent builds multiple internal and external partnerships to support marketing initiatives as needed
The incumbent builds a considerable toolbox/foundation of reliable tools and resources to support in their work

What we are looking for:

years' experience working with data and/or database platforms

Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Marketing or related discipline
A clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to present information, knowledge, and content with justification.
Active listening skills with the ability to provide well thoughtout opinions and explanations on related projects
The incumbent assures the prioritization and completion of tasks, resolves issues that may pertain to administrative functions, access to resources, and restrictive timelines, while working within the requirements for policy and guidelines of Kinaxis and external resources. The incumbent recognizes and responds in a timely manner to the everchanging priorities that occur.
Working knowledge on project management tools like Wrike
Working knowledge on data sourcing platforms like ZoomInfo
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Eloqua is considered an asset
Intermediate to advanced skill in MS Office, database, statistical software
Collaboration and teamwork are fundamental skills that build the foundation for the incumbent to achieve success in the position.
The incumbent works with multiple internal and external clients, vendors, networks, and the marketing team
