_The Role:
_
As a G200 First Officer, you will enjoy flying our beautiful, modern CL601 aircraft.

You are a highly proficient, adaptable, collaborative and confident captain, able to make sound pilot decisions ensure a safe, efficient and exceptional customer service private aviation experience to our clients.

You'll enjoy shorter hours than at airlines, fly largely to beautiful southern locations and play a key role in the growth and success of our Ultra fleet.

You'll have immediate impact by delivering a high level of personalized, professional service to our clients.

_ What you'll do:
_

Operate aircraft safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Adapt to unknown destinations and routes with management support
Adapt to changes in daily operations during available reserve days
Liaise with our internal teams including the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where coworkers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional customer experience

What you bring:

Canadian ATPL
Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
Valid Transport Canada Medical
Canadian Radio Telephone (Restricted) License
2000 to 3000 hours total time
500 hours PIC with preference for jet or turbine experience
University degree or college program in Aviation desired
Functional expertise flying an airplane in commercial airspace
Expert knowledge of aircraft FMS and systems, weather, airport minimums for landing and takeoff, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
Expert knowledge of pilot requirements as per regulations including safety practices
A positive mindset and strong ability to work collaboratively and build relationship across the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service orientation
Excellent organization and prioritization skills with ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
A willingness to "rollup your sleeves" to support the team and at times to go above and beyond the daytoday to meet requirements
