Personal Assistant
LIV Design Studio is an award-winning multi-disciplinary design firm located in Vancouver.
Since our inception in 2012, we have become one of the most trusted and recognized interior design firms both locally and internationally.
We have completed projects from Vancouver to Toronto and as far away as London and Hong Kong.We are looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Founder
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Supports the household directly as the goto person for all needs
- Daily administration
- Booking activities
- Driving as per requests
- Basic bookkeeping and managing household expenses
- Undertaking personal errands
- Assisting with event planning
- Household purchases/returns and credit card/account reconciliations
- Adhoc duties and tasks
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, as an executive/personal assistant or administrative assistant
- Flexible and willing to work outside of typical office hours (1 weekend day)
- Techsavvy with strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Detailoriented and meticulous with good interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a team mentality
- Must have a valid BC Class 5 Drivers License
