Looking for a Leasing & Property Manager that will oversee & manage the day-to-day operations of The Froese Corp Group's Properties

Job responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Making sure property finances are up to date and in order
• Analyzing problems with properties and finding the best solution for the tenant, team & property owner
• Ensuring timely collection of rents and fees
• Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery
• Serving as a point of contact between the property owner, team and renters
• Troubleshooting issues regarding the properties
• Professionally and courteously handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns from residents.
• Ensure a high level of resident relations is maintained through regular contact and proactive attention to resident needs
• Foster an excellent customer service culture amongst all staff.
• Maintain professional and timely correspondence with Residents
• Find & Market for leads on different online platforms
• Vetting leads to find good tenants for our properties
• Follow up with leads to find them a unit matching their needs
• Show units to prospective tenants
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong Organizational skills
• Team Oriented & Team Leadership skills
• Ability to multi task
• Reliable transportation

Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
