We are seeking Sales Representative to join our team at NovaStyle Flooring.
You will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers.


Your main duties will include:

• Conducting market research to identify potential customers and target markets
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
• Collaborating with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries
• Conducting outside sales visits to meet with clients and promote products or services

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
• Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building longterm relationships
• Selfmotivated with a strong drive for results and achieving targets
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
$33,911.60-$103,486.44 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Edmonton, AB T5M 3W7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
