Who We Are
**SUMMARY
The
Fleet Analyst and Logistics Coordinator (FALC) works as an integral member of the back-office team supporting Regional Operations Managers, BGIS ITS Technicians, and senior executives by analyzing the daily operations and maintenance activities necessary for safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
They are responsible for keeping all Fleet data files up to date, supporting the planning, scheduling, and analysis of preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
The FALC is a supporting role who will work with the branch contacts to coordinate necessary fleet changes, repairs, GPS installations, maintenance visits, and any training.
- to -date fleet list. The FALC is also responsible for supporting in the financial management of the data of the daily vehicle GPS logs, and fleet costs.
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
**Team Member Support
- Acts as a liaison between the Corporate Fleet team and the individual branch managers to drive efficiencies in fleet activities.
- Tracks and follows up with all vehicle maintenance logs and inspection records to ensure accurate and up to date file systems.
- Assists local branch support with transfer of vehicles between locations, scheduling repairs and maintenance.
- Meets with various leadership to review any trends in mismatched timecard to GPS data. Determines and coordinates the distribution of assets based upon provided criteria.
- Completes high volume file management; ensuring files are complete, accurate, and continually updated.
- Maintains weekly GPS extract to compare against the individual technician's timesheets.
- Manages cost reporting by vehicle to ensure realtime data on maintenance, lease, repair costs for the lifetime of the vehicle. Supports the Regional Managers in scheduling repairs & replacements to ensure the least amount of down time per technician.
Inventory Forecast Support
- Works with leadership and Corporate Fleet to forecast the purchase of replacement assets in order to maintain accurate inventory levels by location.
Dashboard Development Support
- Collaborates with the Strategic Team to develop dashboards for accurate reporting leading in order to drive cost efficiencies. Other duties as assigned.
- Business Diploma or Degree, relevant work experience is an asset.
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal is essential.
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadlineoriented environment.
- Analyze problems and have problemsolving skills.
- Work independently as well as in a teambased environment.
- Work in a fastpaced environment.
- General knowledge of corporate automobile's considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, coordination and documentation skills with the ability to multitask. Proficient with MS Office, specifically advanced Excel skills.
Valid driver's license.
