- Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
- Maintain the quality and delivery readiness of our vehicles through washing, detailing, and charging.
- Manage vehicle logistics, including lot organization, shuttling vehicles, and secure key management.

- Assist technicians with basic vehicle repairs, focusing on Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) tasks and Express Lane work.
- Learn to safely use basic hand tools and power tools under direct supervision.
- Support the workshop by maintaining tool and equipment readiness.

Front‑of‑House & Parts Support:
- Act as a friendly and professional first point of contact, assisting with greeting owners and creating a welcoming environment.
- Shadow Service Advisors to learn how to document customer concerns and navigate our work order systems.
- Assist the Parts team with receiving, stocking, and organizing parts, and fulfilling basic parts requests for technicians.

- Participate in our TRAIL program—a guided path through hands‑on learning, technical training, and professional growth.
- Receive mentorship and on‑the‑job training across multiple service roles.
- Complete Rivian Learning Network (RLN) modules.
- Explore pathways into long‑term roles like Service Technician, Service Advisor, or Parts Advisor.

- Soutenir l'atelier en assurant la disponibilité et l'état de préparation des outils et de l'équipement.
- Soutien à l'accueil et aux pièces :
- Agir à titre de premier point de contact amical et professionnel pour accueillir les propriétaires et créer un environnement hospitalier.
- Accompagner les conseillers techniques pour apprendre à documenter les préoccupations des clients et à naviguer dans nos systèmes de bons de travail.
- Aider l'équipe des pièces pour la réception, le stockage et l'organisation des pièces, et répondre aux demandes de pièces de base des techniciens.
- Formation et développement de carrière :
- Participer à notre programme TRAIL — un parcours guidé d'apprentissage pratique, de formation technique et de croissance professionnelle.
- Bénéficier d'un mentorat et d'une formation en cours d'emploi pour plusieurs rôles au sein du service.
- Compléter les modules du réseau d'apprentissage Rivian (RLN).
- Explorer les avenues vers des rôles à long terme tels que technicien de service, conseiller technique ou conseiller aux pièces.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Experience in a hands‑on environment is valued (e.g., retail, hospitality, warehousing, basic mechanical work). At least one year of direct automotive experience is preferred.
- A strong desire to learn, a high degree of adaptability, and a passion for working with your hands.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with no driving‑related suspensions or revocation of Driver's License (within a 3‑5 year period).
- Ability to work a flexible 40‑hour week, which may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks (sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Frequent use of hands for purposes of grasping and using tools correctly, entering data, writing communications, or calling customers or internal partners.
- Ability to see, read, and interpret documents such as governmental regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions or schematics.

Role Summary
As a seasonal Adventure Readiness Specialist, you are a critical part of the Rivian Service team during our peak seasonal period, helping us provide seamless care that keeps owners focused on their adventure and their Rivians ready for the journey ahead.
During our seasonal surges in delivery and service demand, you'll be on the front lines, helping our team navigate the high‑volume peaks and ensure every owner's journey continues uninterrupted. This temporary role is also an exciting entry point, offering an expected 6‑month, hands‑on, rotational development experience that provides a comprehensive overview of our entire service operation. While this is a seasonal, temporary role, it will allow you to build skills that can prepare you for a potential future career as a Technician, Service Advisor, or Parts Advisor.
En tant que spécialiste de la préparation à l'aventure saisonnier, vous jouez un rôle crucial au sein de l'équipe de service de Rivian durant nos périodes de pointe. Pay Disclosure
The hourly range for this role is $ $23.08 for Quebec based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.
The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus.
