Job summary
This job involves managing facilities and administrative services for Metrolinx's GO Expansion program. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up new procedures, managing contracts and budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders.Responsibilities
* Set up Facilities Management: Implement, review, and evaluate new administrative procedures to support property management operations at Headquarter level (2 buildings)* Manage an Office Coordinator for Headquarter,
* Manage the contracts budget and relationships with subcontractors stakeholders involved in building services* Lead the procurement process for all the services with support of SMEs teams* Coordinate plan office services such as equipment supplies forms acquisition or disposal of assets parking office access cards maintenance requests office organization seating plans office moves etc.
