Role Description
Are you seeking a diverse role where you'll work with your hands and provide awesome customer service while adding to your skills in the automotive industry?

Kal Tire is hiring a Front Counter Service Advisor at our London, On location.

If you have prior sales experience, like working hands-on, and are looking for a role with management potential, you've found it.

Hours:

Saturday
Sunday 8:00 am 5:00 pm
Parttime Permanent / 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and offer a positive first impression of the shop.
Confidently provide product information to customers in a friendly manner.
Provide pricing, recommend services and parts, and prepare and present customer quotations.
Review work orders with technicians, present and discuss any additional work needed with customers.
Booking and ordering parts and tires needed for appointments.

Job Requirements

Retail sales or service experience in a face paced environment.
Ability to negotiate and sell.
Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner.
Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to problemsolve and multitask.
Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new programs and software.
Valid driver's license.
Strong personal commitment to health and safety.
