Job Details:

Clearly communicate between the client and the technician.
Work independently and with a team.
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a facepaced environment that follows our clients needs/wants/requests.
Build work orders, estimates and process invoices (includes handling of payments). Practice scheduling appointments, part sourcing, ordering, product knowledge and features and benefits. Educate clients, offer solutions, book the next appointment and keep clients in control of their spending.

Requirements:

Persistent with company goals, professional growth and maintain a balanced professional/personal life.
Have a high level of organizational and communication skills (verbal, written and audible).
Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Class 5 driver's license or 7N license.
