- Knowledge of effective and engaging pedagogy in both large and small classes at the undergraduate and graduate level;
- The capability to teach and supervise MA students in a range of substantive areas;
- A capacity to teach required and elective courses for the undergraduate Honours BA program;
- The ability and willingness to develop courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level, including engaging online courses;
- A promising research agenda and potential for future scholarship
