Our client, a proven industry leader in the building materials and garage door sector, is actively looking for an Commercial Installation Manager to join their team. This is a newly created stand-alone position geared towards someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. Be part of this company's continued success at their Mississauga location

You are a hands-on leader with a strong background in installing and servicing Commercial and Residential Overhead Garage Doors who takes initiative and is looking to take the next step in their career. This person will report to the director of the engineering department and VP of sales. Your primary responsibility will be assisting our clients dealer network virtually and on site as needed with any technical/installation queries.

Commercial Installation Manager Details:

· Monday-Friday, day shift: Flexibility required.

o Hybrid*

· $80K-$90K

· Benefits from day ONE

· 3 weeks vacation

· Profit sharing after 1 year of employment.

Commercial Installation Manager Responsibilities:

· Providing technical assistance for all goods, such as operators, rolling steel, and sectional garage doors

· Performing customer site visits as necessary; providing internal product knowledge and other necessary training to employees and clients

· Assisting the warranty division when technical support is needed

· Supporting the engineering team as required

Commercial Installation Manager Requirements:

· Five years of experience installing and maintaining overhead GARAGE doors a MUST

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Must be at ease giving training to both internal and external customers

· Ability to communicate with customers and suppliers in an efficient manner

· Must have office software experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PDF, and Outlook

· Clean drivers abstract and drivers license required.
