Job Title:
Business Development Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain indepth knowledge of retailer operations, systems, products, and needs; leverages current retailer relationships to enable the company to secure a profitable business.
  • Responsible for seeking new dealers; building and expanding sales channels in all provinces.
  • Ensure company brand is represented accurately in each channel (from sales leads to existing customers);
  • Contact potential customers and maintain good relationships.
  • Forecast sales goals and deliver reports on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights.
  • Set sales goals and monitor sales progress; improve sales goal when needed.
  • Manage sales teams' activities and lead the team to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide seminars and other training on sales techniques to sales team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Related diploma/degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in related industry or combinations of education and working experience is also considered.
  • Knowledge of wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Previous experiences in motor vehicle and machineryrelated wholesale industry are preferred.
  • Able to travel up to 75% of the time (by car/plane), with overnights in other cities to support sales activity as needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary + Commission and bonus


Salary:
$35,386.65-$126,290.30 per year
