We are seeking a talented and knowledgeable individual who can bring their expertise, creativity, and passion to deliver unforgettable beverage experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.
Take orders from customers for cocktails, wines, and other beverages.
Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and mixed drinks with precision and creativity.
Recommend and provide detailed information about wine selections, pairing suggestions, and tasting notes.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar's offerings, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and beer.
Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages served.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the bar's offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware.
Monitor and comply with all liquor laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Continuously expand knowledge and skills through selfeducation and staying updated on industry trends

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender in a cocktail and winefocused establishment is preferred.
Indepth knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and wine varietals
Strong understanding of flavor profiles and ability to create balanced and innovative cocktails.
Passion for wines, including knowledge of different wine regions, grape varietals, and production methods.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be of legal drinking age and hold Smart Serve certificate.
