Description

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and eager individual to join our team. The main responsibility is to ensure well-maintained, like-new facilities for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to all maintenance requests in the hotel and ensure that they are completed within a reasonable amount of time
Ensuring the smooth operation and avoidance breakdowns by continuous maintenance and monitoring of all mechanical systems and physical plant through attention to detail
Working in the areas of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, vinyl repairs, drywall and HVAC systems at the hotel
Provide excellent guest service, positive attitude and be an effective team player.

Requirements include:

At least 2 years' experience in the areas of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, vinyl repairs, drywall and HVAC systems
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, holidays and rotate oncall system
Willingness to upgrade skill levels through continuous training and offered courses (both internal and external), to enhance knowledge of existing and new maintenance procedures
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and a continuous focus on performing to safety standards

Salary:
$20.25 per hour
