Job Title:
Full Time Artisan Butcher

To serve customers from the service meat counter, and respond to any inquiries, requests and complaints ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;
To prepare specialty meat cuts as per customer specification, ensuring the quality and cut complies with Company standards;
To ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet with Company policies and standards;
Minimum 3 years' experience cutting rail beef, veal, pork and lamb in a retail meat environment;

Hours of work are 40 hours/ week made up of 4 days of 10 hour shifts every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (days, afternoons, and evenings).
