Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist where needed in restaurant whether it be cooking, assembling, or packaging food orders.
  • Ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to customers.
  • Oversee and manage crew members productivity including completion of assigned tasks.
  • Address employee conflicts, scheduling issues, or complaints that arise during shift.
  • Act as a leader when orders are being completed to ensure fast and accurate service is being provided.
  • Ensure crew members can adequately complete tasks throughout shifts by reporting any issues that require further discussion.
  • Receiving orders
  • Training new employees.
  • Complete shift reports

To be an Odd Burger Store Manager you will
:

  • Have a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude when interacting with crew members and supervisors. You will be their mentor and support if they have any issues.
  • Be efficient and communicate clearly.
  • Be honest and trustworthy.
  • Understand of the best way to do things in the restaurant and how to problem solve when things go wrong.
  • Have the ability to calmly multitask and communicate during busy periods in the restaurant.
  • Have patience and a clear way of explaining the operation as you will be training staff on new processes and procedures while continuing to be a team player.
  • Effectively manage a team and ensure that crew members are assigned to appropriate tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling and planning.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:

$21.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, ON N6C 2T9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
