- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Counselling (With a Clinical Undergraduate Degree) or Occupational Therapy
- Licensed with applicable body (NSCSW, NSBEP or NSCOT)
- Five years' experience with Mental Health & Addictions intervention
- Provides evidence-based therapeutic intervention to Mental Health & Addictions clients
- Ensures all clinical staff provide effective and evidence-based treatment modalities
- Identifies areas for service improvement and facilitates and evaluates quality initiatives
- Drafts Standard Operating Procedures, orientation materials and others guidelines for care
- Provides leadership to the team in the areas of client-centered decision making, customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
- Long Assignment Full-Time Position (%) ; 75 hours bi-weekly.

About the Opportunity
In conjunction with the Clinical Manager, the Team Lead is responsible for the overall day-to-day clinical service delivery. The Team Lead will provide administrative, organizational and leadership support to the Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions team, and also provide direct clinical client service in their professional role (ie. Clinical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Psychologist).
