Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Program Schedule &

Calendar Management:

Manage, coordinate, and monitor the programming schedule, calendar of offerings, collaborating with the cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of programs and logistics.


  • Marketing and Communication: Manage the preparation, development and distribution of marketing and communication materials for classes, events, and sessions offered through Wawanesa University in English and French, leveraging established Enterprise translation protocols.
  • Program Administration: Lead all activities around invitations, registration, attendance and support the implementation of feedback surveys and other mechanisms to assess session effectiveness using a variety of mediums (Learning Management System, Sharepoint, Outlook etc.).
  • Standardization: Establish the development of and maintenance of new and existing processes, procedures, and guidelines that support learning programs and activities.
  • Production Support: Lead the production activities for online or inperson learning opportunities in English and French.
  • Data & Reporting: Lead the gathering and preparation of operational reports and data to deliver learning insights across the Enterprise, develop and maintain systems and processes for ongoing maintenance of training records, measurement of success, data collection tools, and metrics.
  • Development and Sustainment of Content: Develop and sustain content and materials ranging from SharePoint design and maintenance, updating and maintaining specific programing resources and materials, and facilitating vendor translation of resources, assets and content.

Qualifications:


  • 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating and administering development programs, events and sessions to a broad range of audiences.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise learning ecosystems, content and learning management systems (SAP SuccessFactors and Sharepoint skills a tremendous asset).
  • Completion of postsecondary degree/certificate or equivalent experience[EC8] and/or Certificate in Adult Education (CAE, CACE) and/or experience with learning management systems is considered an asset.
  • Excellent planning, organization and communication skills, with the proven ability to prioritize, handle multiple assignments, work accurately within tight timelines and interact collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed analysis of information, and to select and implement best solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to develop relevant information and potential impacts.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and circumstances and deal well with ambiguity and fastpaced change.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft software and tools specifically SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Forms.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English (French an asset).
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry is considered an asset.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (rare but possible).
