What will you be doing?

Administer and process all inquiries, confirmations to final invoicing
Sales: seasonal bookings, events, weddings and additional guest experiences
Determine client's needs by understanding their requirements
Administration of event bookings, entering data into various software to produce orders and contracts
Communicate to various departments to ensure that the booking is executed effectively.
Ensure the accuracy and flow of communication to various departments
Attend events and tradeshows
