General Manager's at Freehouse embody this spirit and act as the connective thread between front of house and back of house so that the guest experience is effortless.

They are responsible for the overall health of the business including hiring, training and retaining a team of people who are passionate about service.

Our GM's are supported by a veteran team of Director's, each responsible for a unique piece of the business.

Director's work with and develop GM's with the aim of setting and achieving business goals, making space for personal growth, and energizing staff.

Responsibilities
The General Manager directly contributes to the overall success of the business and its people.

You will be responsible for attracting, retaining and developing a team that delivers on our mission to entertain the promise of effortless hospitality.

You will drive the business processes, community engagement, and strategic planning that make your location a profitable, sought after brand.
