Administrative Assistant
Maple Automotive Corporation (MAC), located in Cambridge, ON, is currently looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our ever-growing team.

- Perform general administrative functions.
- Meet & greet all visitors and provide onsite support.
- Assist Management with travel arrangements and administrative functions.
- Assist the Team Member Relations department with company social functions, meal arrangements for training and other miscellaneous functions relating to Maple Automotive Corporation (MAC).
- Open, sort, date and stamp all mail.
- Update accident report board.
- Manage all filing and manage general mailbox.
- Oversee office and factory cleaning supplies.
- Responsible for ensuring all necessary office and kitchen supplies are available.
- Ensure that Company pool cars and delivery pickup trucks are filled with gas as required.
- Arrange for maintenance and cleaning for company vehicles.
- Update TM's birthday list and arrange for birthday greetings and cakes.
- Arrange flights, hotel accommodations and rental cars/transportation for Maple personnel as well as visiting business associates.
- Arrange all shipments via FedEx and Purolator.
- Arrange catering for meetings and TM lunch and learns.
- Update and maintain database for Christmas card list.
- Manage the ordering: oversee approval process and invoicing of all spare parts for maintenance of factory machinery.
- Process and manage all requests for quotations for spare parts.
- Track uniform needs for TM's and generate all PO's for uniforms and special orders as required.
- Generate and track purchase orders for test tire & wheels.
- Supports other departments as directed by the General Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12 years in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Postsecondary education in administration and/or accounting an asset.

Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 20 months

From $18.50 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
