    Description

Hello. It's nice to meet you.

If you're looking for a challenge, you've come to the right place, because no matter who you are or where you come from, we're all building something. Every single one of us. Whether it's a home, a career, a family or a future, we're all searching for growth. This is our story too. For more than 45 years, we've built the All Weather Group into the largest privately owned and operated window, door and glass manufacturer in the country. But in some ways, we're just getting started. So, if you're driven to make an impact and bring your best to our tight-knit, people-first culture, we want to hear from you.

    Are you ready for this?

We're a diverse team that comes from many different backgrounds, and together, we make things happen. Your attention to detail and commitment help us deliver on our promise every day

We're currently hiring for a Warehouse Technician I for our Calgary Shipping department. In this role, you'll be responsible for materials handling and inventory control. The materials handling function includes activities such as storage, order picking, issuing, shipping, receiving, stocking shelves, sorting, salvage, and product returns. Inventory control includes being involved in the work and administration processes relating to the matters of space utilization, handling of inventory transactions, keeping track of items stored in the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy is maximized through monitoring, analysis and investigation of discrepancies and participation in annual and cycle counts of physical inventory.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

    • Ensure compliance with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
    • Identify and mitigate health and safety risks related to material handling and warehouse operations to prevent hazards and maintain a safe work environment.
    • Perform accurate put‑away and picking of inventory to support timely and complete customer order fulfillment.
    • Organize and maintain warehouse product locations to support efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
    • Participate in full physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required to maintain accurate stock records.
    • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment, including shipping and receiving areas.
    • Clear and maintain building walkways to ensure safe access (e.g., shoveling snow, applying ice melt).
    • Receive incoming materials, returns, and inter‑location transfers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
    • Unload trailers and incoming shipments safely and efficiently.
    • Investigate and troubleshoot shipment discrepancies or damaged goods, including collecting and documenting all relevant shipment details.

    Are you built for this?

We hire as much for attitude as we do for experience, because who you are is just as important as what you can do. Here's who and what we're looking for.

    • High School Diploma required.
    • Experience with computers and ERP systems is a plus.
    • Background in parts management is a bonus.
    • Familiarity with building or manufacturing is an asset.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Exceptional organizational skills.
    • Warehousing experience preferred.

Every day at All Weather is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and move one step closer to your goals. If you're interested in this role, we encourage you to apply regardless of the criteria we've asked for. Please visit our careers page to get started now

We're honoured to have been recognized as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies 14 years in a row. But, we also know that we're far from perfect. We're committed to positively impacting careers, lives and communities across Canada and proudly give back in four key areas; strengthening families, providing shelter, supporting education and, health and wellness.
