Administration (70%)
Workplace Services Representative will preform the following functions and may be asked to assist with other assignments:
Recieve and preprare for scanning all incoming mail and couriers daily
Prepare all outgoing mail and couriers on a daily basis
Ensure service and quality thresholds are met
Track return mail items
Submit Service Now tickets
Service Excellence (15%)
Maintain a best-in class relationship with staff and external guests and vendors
Greet and sign-in guests and clients
Adhere to complaint handling guidelines
Compliance & Risk Management (15%)
Act in accordance with the Home values, Code of Conduct and all internal policies and standards; engage in the highest standard of business conduct and ethics
Understand the regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to one's scope of responsibility
Formal Education
Post secondary degree or diploma required (University degree preferred) in related area
Related Experience
Minimum 1-year related experience
Skills:
Ability to Multitask
Communication (verbal and written) - excellent
Customer service focused
MS Office Suite - proficient
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Time management, highly organized
Position Complexities
Some work beyond standard hours
Physical ability to lift/move up to 30lbs
