Overview:


Super Soil is BC's largest natural soil supply company, assisting all landscaping needs and requirements in the residential and commercial markets.

We are looking to enhance our Production & Operations team.


What you'll be doing:


  • Operating Tandem Axle dump trucks and 4Axle Transfer Trailers
  • Operate heavy equipment (primarily excavators, loaders)
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance
  • Inspect and Identify problem areas with dump trucks
  • Collaborate with operations team members
  • Perform job site cleanup as required
  • Demonstrate effective time management
  • Maintain a professional demeanor

People we're looking for:


  • Be a persistent, resultsoriented selfstarter.
  • Minimum 2 years Class 1 Trucking Experience is
    required:
  • 1 year heavy equipment operation is
    required:
  • Millwright, fabricator, welding experience
    is an asset:
  • Must have valid drivers' licence
  • Hold yourself to a high standard of integrity
  • Problem solver, who can use initiative to carry on with the next task without instruction
  • Be adaptable to changes in workload and requirements
  • Open to learning, growth, and coaching

Salary:
$28.00-$34.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

  • Class 1 Licence (required)
