The Systems Engineering Team Lead (STL) has the primary responsibility of mentoring and guiding a team of systems engineers and overseeing the execution of various Systems Engineering functions.The STL supports the Systems Engineering department in cultivating and maintaining an optimal systems engineering program & process and is a key contributor in fostering Systems thinking at OSI.
