Team Lead - Oakville, Canada - InterRent REIT

The OpportunityInterRent REIT is looking for a Team Lead - IT Helpdesk on a full-time basis to join its Oakville team.
Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:
- Troubleshooting all support calls from a ticket queue submitted by end-users
- Setting up new PC/MAC workstations, printers and other peripherals
- Troubleshooting PC/MAC hardware and operating system software in a corporate environment
- Support of wireless telecom devices including user support, hardware provisioning (IOS, Android)
- Repairing and/or coordinating repair of hardware devices
- Creating documentation and/or revising training manuals
- Maintaining asset tracking
- Manage the ticket system such as assigning/followingup tickets and creating management reporting
- Mentoring other members of the Helpdesk team
- Assuming additional responsibilities and completing special projects as needed or directed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Helpdesk environment
- Experience with all variations of Windows, MAC and Mobile OS
- Thorough understanding of IP networking
- Outstanding people skills and customer service skills orientation
- Able to handle rapidly changing priorities, high visibilityhigh stress situations
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
- Excellent research skills
- You will be required to own a reliable vehicle as this is a Monday-Friday inoffice position
- Corporate hours are 8:30am5pm and you will be required to be oncall
