The Opportunity

InterRent REIT is looking for a Team Lead - IT Helpdesk on a full-time basis to join its Oakville team.

Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:

Troubleshooting all support calls from a ticket queue submitted by end-users
Setting up new PC/MAC workstations, printers and other peripherals
Troubleshooting PC/MAC hardware and operating system software in a corporate environment
Support of wireless telecom devices including user support, hardware provisioning (IOS, Android)
Repairing and/or coordinating repair of hardware devices
Creating documentation and/or revising training manuals
Maintaining asset tracking
Manage the ticket system such as assigning/followingup tickets and creating management reporting
Mentoring other members of the Helpdesk team
Assuming additional responsibilities and completing special projects as needed or directed.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a Helpdesk environment
Experience with all variations of Windows, MAC and Mobile OS
Thorough understanding of IP networking
Outstanding people skills and customer service skills orientation
Able to handle rapidly changing priorities, high visibilityhigh stress situations
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
Excellent research skills

Additional Information

You will be required to own a reliable vehicle as this is a Monday-Friday inoffice position
Corporate hours are 8:30am5pm and you will be required to be oncall
