This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled financial analyst to join our team and drive the finance origination, underwriting and reporting processes for new developments, re-developments, and investments/acquisitions within your debt portfolio.

About The Job

• We are seeking a talented individual who will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g. Development, Investment, Asset Management) and industry professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting project-level financial analysis and providing recommendations to senior management.
