Location:
The company is located Downtown Toronto, ON and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Oversight of the monthly financial close process
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
Provide and analyze data and company financials
Monitor and manage cash flow, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including audit assistance
Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decisionmaking
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team

Requirements:

710 years experience in accounts receivable roles with 24 years in a managerial position
Minimum 2 years in WIP billing environment, such as: consulting, legal, engineering, advertising, software, etc. industries
Tech savvy with MS Excel, accounting and ebilling software
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
