Duties & Responsibilities:

Review drawings to determine the scope of work
Create highly details material and labour takeoffs
Send and manage RFI's during the tender process so our bid is exactly what is expected of us
Prepare clearly communicated tenders and quotes for submission
Intuitively be able to identify unclear details and rectify
Submits tenders on time
Follows up in a timely manner, ensuring we are top of mind
Fostering relationships with clients

Skills, Abilities & Experience:

Exceptionally organized and methodical
Motivated to work independently
Problem solving and a critical thinker
Tech forward and comfortable using various software
Positive attitude
We are a Procore and PlanSwift company, so previous experience using is an asset
