Job description
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to lead and scale Amazon Seller operations for a growing brand in the sports industry.
This role operates through Ball Prime and reports directly to the channel lead. You will collaborate closely with the eCommerce team, design, operations and performance marketing.
This is a full channel ownership role. Not a task-based assistant position.
The objective is structured revenue growth, operational excellence and margin protection across Amazon marketplaces.
Scope of Responsibility
You will manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central including:
Account & Channel Management
Full management of Amazon Seller Central
Monitoring account health and performance metrics
Policy compliance and risk mitigation
Handling cases and escalations
Managing performance notifications
Maintaining catalog integrity
Listing Management & Optimization
Creation and optimization of product listings
Keyword research and marketplace SEO
Coordination of A+ Content with design
Title, bullet and backend search term optimization
Variation structure management
Suppressed listing resolution
Ongoing catalog cleanup and structure improvements
Advertising & Growth
Oversight of Amazon PPC strategy
Campaign structure and optimization
ACOS and TACOS monitoring
Keyword harvesting and negative keyword implementation
Budget allocation and scaling strategy
Product launch execution
Competitive positioning analysis
Inventory & Operations
FBA shipment planning
Inventory forecasting and stockout prevention
Stranded inventory management
Coordination with warehouse or fulfillment partners
Monitoring sell-through rates and SKU performance
Data & Reporting
Weekly and monthly performance reporting
SKU-level profitability analysis
Margin and pricing monitoring
Growth forecasting
Strategic channel recommendations
Expansion & Optimization
Launching new SKUs
Expanding into additional marketplaces
Compliance management

Requirements
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central at scale
Strong understanding of FBA operations
Experience with PPC campaign management
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design and operations
Strategic mindset with operational execution capability
