What you'll do

Position title:
SAP iXp Intern - Customer Success Marketing & Communications Coordinator


Location:
Vancouver


Expected start date:
ASAP - August/September 2023 (Flexible)


Duration: 8 months


In this role, you will be part of the Customer Advocacy team and support our Global Customer Success Partners (CSPs) by building best-in-class customer experiences, with a focus on the areas listed below.


  • Communications, Customer Events & Webinars:_
  • Professional writing, editing, and proofreading of internal and external communications
  • Timely coordination and execution of internal meeting cadences (quarterly business reviews, state of the business reviews, and more)
  • Timely coordination and execution of virtual customer events (webinars and virtual customer success roundtables) from scheduling to material collections, live event support and postevent follow up (ie. on Zoom)
  • Video &

Graphic Design:

  • Design and edit video and audio content such as event recap videos, customer stories, team videos, podcasts
  • Content Strategy & Management:_
  • Help to create and maintain content for xCSP audiences and customers
  • Maintain solution pages for all S/4HANA postsales activities
  • Run content audit to update broken assets and links
  • Ensure internal Community Engagement SharePoint pages are up to date

What you bring
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Commerce related degree (Bachelor's, Master's, MBA)
  • Proficient in content creation (videos, newsletters, etc.) and management
  • Website management skills/experience an asset
  • Previous marketing/communications experience an asset
  • Strong Relationship/Interpersonal skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Demonstrated Self Starter
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Business Acumen
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite
  • Digital Media experience is an asset
  • Experience with Zoom and/or other virtual event hosting tools is an asset
  • Experience with SAP Microsite Platform a strong asset
  • Supply Chain Education/Experience an asset
  • Passionate about customer experience

The goal of the Cloud ERP Customer Advocacy Team is to support the global Customer Success Partner (CSPs) with customer renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells, and references.


The focus of this internship will be to learn about the different core dimensions of what it means to build a Customer Success organization.

The intern will be able to develop knowledge and capabilities in the following areas:

SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Digital Supply Chain Solutions, as well as Customer Relationship Management, Marketing & Communications, Data Analytics, Operations, Team Enablement, and Audience Engagement.
