- Provide field network and deskside services support for the client plants and mills.
- Work autonomously.
- Perform general IMAC (Install, move, add, change) support and basic troubleshooting for network, telco, and server devices.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery and remote Network Engineers.
- Conduct site assessments for network connectivity, upgrades, and device replacements.
- Experience with Windows 10 deskside support, network troubleshooting, and basic cellular IMAC skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticket system for on-site support.
- Proficiency in handling laptops, desktops, Cisco phones, servers, and switches.
- Basic application support (connectivity).
- Bonus: Experience troubleshooting network and Wi-Fi WAP issues.
- Steel toe shoes and hard hat required for plant environment.
- Mileage and/or flights reimbursed as needed.
- Primary travel between Mississauga and Cobourg sites.
- Primary Site: Cobourg (After training, this will be the base site)
