    We, here at Factors Group, are looking for a SQL Database Administrator to join the team.

    Are you currently responsible for ensuring the security, performance, and integrity of large SQL databases while also spearheading data integration efforts? If you are passionate about optimizing database systems, implementing best practices, and driving innovation in data management, this role could be for you Database Management:

    Oversee the maintenance and administration of SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data protection.
    Monitor database systems to identify and address potential issues proactively.
    Implement and enforce best practices for database design, development, and maintenance.

    Manage ETL processes, including SSIS and Azure Data Factory, overseeing both existing workflows and building new ones as needed.

    Monitor ETL jobs in production environments, troubleshoot failures, and implement timely fixes to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
    Identify areas for improvement in database management, data integration, and ETL processes.
    Propose and implement enhancements to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency.
    Actively contribute to the development of strategies for future data integration needs and solutions.
    Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective database and integration solutions.
    Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    Proven experience in SQL database administration, performance tuning, and security management.
    Strong understanding of data integration concepts and techniques, with hands-on experience in ETL development.
    Proficiency with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and other relevant tools and technologies.
