Job description


As an Estimator you will accurately assess automobile damage and complete an order of all parts and labor required to complete the repair.

The Estimator is required to build respectful relationships with customers, insurance companies, and parts suppliers. This position requires attention to detail, technological and vehicle knowledge resulting in an accurate repair estimate.

  • Min 2 years experience
  • Above average computer skills
  • Experience with estimating systems (i.e. Mitchell, Audatex)
  • Overall repair knowledge
  • Disassemble/reassemble knowledge
  • Ability to understand all aspects of collision repair
  • Ability to work well with a small team
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Completing accurate repair estimates, and repair order and filing.
  • Engaging with coworkers, to achieve optimal accuracy of repair estimate.
  • Completing any supplemental estimate for unforeseen vehicle damage during initial estimating.
  • Ordering, sourcing, coordinating, tracking, updating, securing and signing off on required parts.
  • Accurate and consistent parts management and returns.
  • Maintaining records and pictures for all vehicle estimates for both initial approval and supplement approval.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

$65,000.00 per year
