Job Title: Report DeveloperJob ID: BP Location: Regina, SKOverview:Our client has an immediate need to hire a Report Developer on a 12-month contract (Reference #SPS-RC for their Regina, SK location. The position will be on site located at the client's office in Regina, Saskatchewan. The Report Developer's role is to participate in all development and testing activities related to operational report for the new platform. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Oracle Cloud reporting tools and data structures are critical to successful performance in this role.What you will be doing:

• Participate in report development tasks liaising between business units, data stewards, and development teams.
• Report development work including report creation, report testing, report modification and report deployment.
• Ensure that report development tasks meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Ensure that developed reports are aligned with project standards and best practices
• Develop technical specifications and unit testing documents for report development work.
• Follow standards and processes to support report development tasks and initiatives.
• Identify common patterns and document best practices for reports.
• Participate in the testing phase of the project to identify and remedy potential problem areas.

What you must have:

• Experience in Oracle report development work including report creation, report testing, report modification and report deployment
• Demonstrated experience developing technical specifications and unit testing documents for report development work
• Demonstrated experience reviewing, understanding, and interpreting requirements from functional resources for report creation and development work.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting tools, such as: BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, HCM Extract, Infolets, Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View), or Oracle Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud computing platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience conducting business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling / mapping and methodology development, and data mapping.
