- Follow all safety regulations and procedures when handling meat.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Understand the characteristics of different cuts of meat.
- Understand the use of different cutting tools and equipment.
- Be able to identify different cuts of meat.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and sales.
