    Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily activities of the team, including career and performance management
  • Architect, design, and implement solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and/or Intelligent Automation (e.g. UiPath)
  • Take ownership of commitments to the business and ensure successful delivery
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and the Architecture team to frame, assess, and deliver solutions
  • Work with the Director of Software Development to set the strategic direction of the team and identify opportunities to drive value for the organization
  • Connect and collaborate with other development teams, architecture, QA, and the data team to deliver on business functionality and mature our overall development practices
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Conduct code reviews to provide constructive feedback to other developers and ensure we maintain our course regarding architecture, security, and other critical elements
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Perform technical investigations (Proof of Concepts, analyses, etc) to assess technology risk and feasibility
  • Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership position (managing a team of three or more) and interacting with stakeholders
  • At least 5 years of experience with SharePoint ̧ Dynamics, Power Platform, and/or UiPath
  • Experience implementing .NET domain services would be considered an asset
  • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL Databases, such as Cosmos
  • Solid working knowledge of Azure
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum, is required
