About the Job:

We are seeking a
Strategy MBA Intern to contribute to our go-to-market strategies and strategic development in capital markets. As a Strategy AI MBA Intern, you'll work on projects that will shape the future of AI.

Whether on-site, remote, or a hybrid model, you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, interfacing directly with senior management and strategic advisory board members.

About the Term:

We have a scheduled placement for March 18, 2024, and it can be either full time or part time but must be a minimum of 520 hours per placement.

We also have placements starting April 2024. We allow flexibility to avoid any conflicts with academic responsibilities. Please be sure to outline your ideal placement date or term and any constraints you may have. This is an ideal MBA or post grad placement that will truly amplify and accelerate your post grad development. This is a full-time & part-time but strong engagement is critical. Full time is most desired and part time is possible with responsible flexibility. Placement timing can also be aligned with academic commitments and MBA internship requirements outlined by your program.

What You'll Do:

Conduct insightful market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Contribute to the creation of gotomarket strategies, including market segmentation, target audience identification, and competitive positioning.
Develop strategic business plans to drive growth and market expansion.
Assist in capital market strategies, including crafting compelling investor presentations and engagement activities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, aligning strategies with broader business objectives.

About You:

Currently pursuing an MBA or EMBA with a focus on strategy, marketing, or entrepreneurship. Or a recent Graduate from those university level programs.
Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for extracting actionable insights from market research.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English (Does not need to be your native language but the teams are English speaking so this can not be below standard levels of English).
Proficient in effective presentation and communication of strategies.
Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Duration and Compensation:

This is a full-time & part-time, paid internship with the following placement options: 1) January 8, April 2024. Flexibility with timing and location should not deter you from applying. The compensation will be the equivalent of $32-35 CAD per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
