The existing prototype includes:
ESP32-based BLE development board
High-G accelerometer (ADXL375-class)
External storage (microSD, to be replaced)
RTC module
Single-cell LiPo battery
+The system works electrically and in software, but is physically large, fragile, and not suitable for enclosure integration or long-term use.
About the Job
-Full schematic design-Component selection (MCU, power management, storage, passives)-4-layer PCB layout-BLE-appropriate RF layout-grounding-and antenna-Power management including USB-C single-cell LiPo charging-BOM-Pick-and-place / centroid files-Battery charger IC and voltage regulation-Onboard BLE antenna-Target 4-layer stackup with solid ground plane+(Open to justified recommendations if an alternative stackup is proposed)+Design Expectations:-Clean schematic discipline-RF-aware layout practices-Proper grounding and power integrity-Design suitable for standard PCB assembly-Clear documentation and handoff files-Practical manufacturable decisions over unnecessary complexity+Mandatory skills:PBc Design-Electronics-Electrical Engineering-Circuit Design-Multilayer pcb
