Role Profile:


The Warehouse Supervisor performs a wide variety of managerial/warehouse/clerical duties for the purpose of overall management to assist the DC Manager.

Incumbent will be responsible for consulting and managing a team of Warehouse Associates.

Incumbent will monitor, measure, and manage special projects; thoroughly assess and communicate the progress of the special project efforts; consistently assess and communicate the probability of meeting objectives of the project.

In addition, incumbent will ensure accurate fulfillment of daily film orders, maintain organization of warehouse, and see that all safety processes are followed.

This role requires close collaboration with leadership and functional partners to succeed. Incumbent will be responsible for managing inventory, including performing cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and monitoring aged/obsolete inventory. Ensuring On-time Delivery of daily shipments (OTIF). Incumbent may be responsible for supply planning, including the coordination of replenishments to the DC. Then working with regional DCs to resolve inventory issues.

Effective incumbents will have the ability to help develop sales force capability, manage within the automotive and sales ecosystem, and have a commitment to leading with insight and building effective partnerships.

In addition, effective incumbents will meet daily order fulfillment goals and strive for a safety-first culture.


We are looking for someone who is currently located in the Ontario, Canada area.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Measurement

  • Consistently provide frequent feedback of market insights, successes, and barriers
  • Gather market intelligence and identify options for taking advantage of opportunities
  • Understand business context and stakeholder needs to support options and decisions
  • Weekly summary of team's key market insights, key successes, and key barriers
Coach and develop DC team members

  • Coach warehouse associates in safety expectations and processes, order fulfillment, equipment SOPs, and process improvements
  • Provide coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information to team in order to help meet sales and warehouse objectives

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years relevant warehouse experience
  • Management or coaching experience required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as general computer skills
  • Able to operate in a fastpaced and changing market environment
  • Able to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs
