Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. provides turnkey submetering and utility expense management services to property managers, building owners and developers across Canada. Wyse is unique in its ability to provide energy consumption transparency and accountability to its customers.


Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development & Strategy, the Account Executive will be responsible for independently managing the sales of Wyse Meter Solutions Inc.

("Wyse") suite of Solution Services (including Parity, HVAC Rental, Synergy - Utility Processing, WyseData+ and potentially other additional offers) to developers, property owners, property management companies and condo corporations in the multi-residential and commercial markets.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Wyse's pipeline for Solution Services based on Wyse's existing and prospecting relationships, and in coordination with the submetering sales team.
  • Pursue opportunities from the introduction phase through to the close, including introductory meeting, proposal preparation (including quoting and pricing services), proposal presentation, contract negotiation and client contract execution.
  • Contribute to sales administration through coordination of audits, feasibility studies, special requests, providing technical and installation information and support.
  • If applicable, connect with internal teams and thirdparty service providers to (i) support the sales process (pricing, technical sales support, etc.) and to (ii) coordinate the delivery of the solution (installation, enrollment, etc.).
  • On a regular daily and weekly basis, update the Wyse CRM tool on the activities, tasks, closes and losses related to each lead, account, contact and opportunity.
  • Update Wyse's representatives weekly on industry trends, competitive trends, marketing material effectiveness, and other information pertinent to Wyse's sales efforts.
  • Support the development of marketing strategy for Solution Services including updating marketing materials, defining participation on trade shows, proposing alternative pricing / selling strategies, etc.
  • Attend and participate as assigned in industry events, trade shows, conferences, seminars.
  • Coordinate tradeshow operations in relation to Solution Services, ensuring Wyse's products and services are displayed to enhance the organization's reputation.
  • All Employees are expected to understand and work within the policies and procedures determined by Wyse and/or legislation relative to the function(s) being performed.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Handle client requests and other duties as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to the role of Account Executive
  • Solutions Sales.

Qualifications

  • Proven HVAC or related sales executive experience (meeting or exceeding targets)
  • Business Administration Degree or similar
  • Energy Management, CEM, CET, Mechanical / Engineering background is a plus
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and works well under pressure
  • Can create and maintain key partnerships between internal departments and external partners & clients at all levels
