We are looking for a talented and motivated Logistics Manager to join our team and help drive our continued growth.
About the role:
The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the logistics function for the business.
This includes managing the transportation of products from the production facility to distributors, ensuring that delivery schedules are met, and implementing cost-effective transportation strategies.
The Logistics Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all logistics activities are carried out in compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations.
Duties and responsibilities (include and are not limited to):
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics function.
- Lead our logistics team.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with carriers and suppliers.
- Ensure timely and costeffective delivery of products to distributors.
- Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage logistics budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations.
- Provide regular reports on logistics performance and areas for improvement.
- Stat up to date on industry trends and best practices in logistics.
Qualifications/competencies:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role in manufacturing facility.
- Supply chain training is an asset.
- Knowledge with Sage X3 is an asset.
- Understanding of mass manufacturing environment experience.
- Experience and understanding of Cannabis Regulations preferred.
- Understanding of cannabis extract products, of cannabis, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing preferred.
- Proven time management skills must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency using Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Strong ability to multitask, problem solve, commitment, and meet deadlines.
- Goal oriented with record of high performance.
- Flexible and open to new tasks and projects.
- Punctual and reliable

Salary:
$50,399.38-$104,432.89 per year
