Description

Reporting to the Interview Scheduling Lead, the person in this role will support the Talent Operations Team's objective to provide centralized, highly repeatable solutions that allow RSM to achieve business goals while balancing the needs of our employees.


The Interview Scheduling Specialist will execute and support a vast array of centralized operational processes and tasks related to TA Interviews including scheduling, travel, and administrative support.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute on and support a vast array of centralized operational TA business processes spanning the employee and owner lifecycle

This may include:

  • Scheduling and administration for all availabilitybased interviews including virtual or in person
  • Execute all onsite interview related tasks including RSM room reservation
  • Execute all travel related needs for interviews including booking and reimbursement.
  • Provides excellent service to the employees, owners and Talent Team members providing redirection and educational opportunities to increase customer knowledge while resolving the current situation.
  • Collaborate effectively within and outside the team to ensure integrated approach to the Talent experience
  • Communicate daily with Interview Scheduling Lead on productivity, quality & availability.
  • Identify communication and operational issues arising during daytoday administration activities, making recommendations for process improvements to continuously improve efficiency and customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources function
  • Minimum of 1 year experience using an HRIS
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related degree
  • Ability to easily and effectively communicate complex information in a meaningful manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers internally and external business partners
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and strong followthrough skills
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and/or programs
  • Ability to work well under pressure; meet established targets and goals in a high volume, fastpaced and rapidly changing work environment
  • Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize work and consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Must be able to efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of inquiries and respond in a timely manner
