Our Real Estate Office is looking for a professionally committed and punctual part time receptionist in the Richmond Hill area.


Requirements:


  • You must have exceptional organizational and customer service/people skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Brokerbay, TREB/STRATUS, Webforms/Authentisign Exceptional phone manners
  • Willingness to learn
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Multitasking skills
  • Punctual, Courteous, Outgoing & Energetic
  • Ability to work independently

Your duties will include:

  • Managing inbound/outbound calls
  • Brokerloading/uploading Listings onto MLS (TREB's Multiple Listing System)
  • Booking and confirming appointments using Brokerbay
  • Preparing legal documents: Offers, Amendments, Waivers, etc. using Webforms/Authentisign
  • Filing necessary paperwork (I.e. Listing Folders, Real Agents' mail and faxes)
  • Preparing Feature Sheets using Microsoft Publisher
  • Providing customer service to walkins at the front desk
