Job Description Mission**Are you motivated by 3D modeling and innovation? Would you like to be part of a team that actively embraces BIM and is at the forefront of best practices?

Primary Responsibilities

Develop parametric content using Autodesk Revit software
Support the various technical teams in the use of different modeling software and BIM/MDB&I processes
Contribute to the drafting process of the BIM/MDB&I management plan
Participate in the coordination of the project's digital models using Autodesk Model Coordination, Autodesk Navisworks and NewForma Konekt tools
Ensure compliance with modeling standards developed by CIMA+ and its customers.

Qualifications

Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in building engineering, DVS in building drafting, industrial drafting or ACS in BIM digital model coordination
A minimum of two years' experience as a drafter or technical designer
Intermediate or advanced qualification in the Autodesk AEC collection suite
Technical skills as a building mechanical or electrical designer
Knowledge of Autodesk Revit Dynamo software (an asset)
Knowledge of the BIM 360 platform or Autodesk Construction Cloud (an asset)
Programming experience such as C#, CPython, Python, VBA, JavaScript, etc. (an asset)
Bilingualism, English and French, to communicate with CIMA+ teams across Canada.
