About the Role:


Are you a seasoned Application Services Manager looking for a dynamic role with global impact? Tecsys has an exciting opportunity for you Join us as we seek an experienced professional to lead a team of Application Specialists within our Global Operations team.


General Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of Professional Services Consultants in Global Operations.
  • Manage team performance, focusing on highquality project delivery and development of technical and functional skills.
  • Prioritize team's billable utilization, including recruitment, mentoring, and individual development.
  • Direct project implementations and delivery, providing senior oversight and collaborating closely with project teams.
  • Utilize consulting acumen and supply chain expertise for successful implementation processes.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption in client organizations through expertise in project methodology, testing strategy, and change management.
  • Foster a clientcentric work ethic and maximize billable hours.
  • Lead and motivate the team, ensuring effective communication and process improvements.
  • Maintain high productivity and achieve quarterly KPIs.

Specific Responsibilities:


  • Project Delivery:_
  • Billable project resource, minimum of 50% of role is billable project focused.
  • Execute on tasks and guide project teams, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Provide feedback on project deliverables and methodology.
  • Travel to client sites when necessary
  • Team Management:_
  • Mentor team members and assist in recruiting.
  • Ensure adherence to methodologies and knowledge of new features.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project implementations.
  • Develop and provide training to build and grow team.
  • Testing, Methodology and

Change Management:
_

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy and test plan based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define testing objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Execute project reviews with regards to adherence to methodology, quality of deliverables and actual work efforts.
  • Support change management strategies to ensure successful software adoption.

Requirements:


  • 35 years of experience in team/line management, project delivery, and client management within a software implementation environment working for a consulting or software services company.
  • Strong understanding of requirements definition, business process mapping, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training.
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and problemsolving skills.
  • MS Office and advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Knowledge of hospital supply/inventory management and project management is an asset.
  • Project Management experience would be an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
