Dental reception (an asset)

A part time dental receptionist is needed to join our growing endodontic practice in Niagara.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, confident individual with excellent problem-solving skills to complement our fantastic team. Familiarity and proficiency with dental software is a definite asset.


We offer a positive and collaborative work environment centered on providing excellent care to our patients while maintaining strong relationships with referring dental offices.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones
  • Checking in/out patients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Processing payments
  • Sending insurance claims
  • Creating patient profiles
In order to be considered for the position, a resume and cover letter must be submitted.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 8-20 per week


Salary:
$19.00-$22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
