HERE IS AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR WORKDAY
- Contacting people by telephone;
- Asking a series of pre-established questions rigorously;
- Record the answers to the questions on the computer as the interview progresses;
- Comply with the company's performance and quality standards;
YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR BECAUSE YOU OFFER
- Flexible availability Monday through Sunday from 9am to 9pm;
- Fluent English and French to survey all target individuals;
- An ability to quickly build rapport with customers;
- Autonomy and a high level of professionalism;
- Experience in customer service and, ideally, teleworking;
- Ability to access the internet via a high-speed cable connection (unfortunately, WiFi or hotspots are not possible).
