    Temporary position for 6 months, with possibility of extension.

    What you will accomplish with us:

    The nature of administrative tasks varies according to specific needs:

    •Preparation of sales reports;

    •PowerPoint presentations;

    •Assistance with document translation;

    •Registration of participants for events and training courses;

    •Preparation of training participation certificates;

    •Booking caterers for events;

    •Sending confirmations to customers;

    •Copywriting, etc.

    What You Bring to Our Team:

    •Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and interest in learning an in-house system;

    •Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with Master employees and suppliers based in our offices in Ontario, Western Canada and Maritimes, and interactions in French with suppliers and employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa) .
